At Blue Fox Tutoring, our Guided Homework and Aftercare support is more than just a place to “get work done” — it’s a place where children can breathe again after a long school day. 

We understand that some afternoons feel heavy: the tired eyes, the slow writing, the tears that come from feeling behind, or the quiet fear of getting it wrong.

 That is why we sit beside your child with patience, kindness, and steady guidance, step by step. 

We don’t rush them, and we never shame them — we help them feel safe enough to try again. 

In our rooms, small wins matter: one completed page, one brave attempt, one moment of confidence returning. Because when a child feels seen, supported, and understood, learning doesn’t feel scary anymore — it starts to feel possible. And that is where real growth begins.

A Safe Space to Learn, Grow, and Catch Up

Every parent wants to know their child is safe, supported, and truly coping after school — not just “getting through” the day. At Blue Fox Tutoring, our Guided Homework & Aftercare Support gives your child a calm, structured space to settle after school, unpack their day, and work through homework with supervision and encouragement. We focus on building good daily routines, improving organisation, and helping learners finish their school tasks properly — so afternoons at home can feel lighter and more peaceful for the whole family.

Many children struggle because they feel overwhelmed, anxious, distracted, or behind — and that often shows in incomplete homework, careless mistakes, or low confidence. Our support is gentle but firm: we guide your child step by step, explain where needed, and make sure they understand what they are doing. Whether your child needs help staying focused, needs extra repetition, or simply needs someone to keep them on track, we provide the right balance of structure and emotional support so they can succeed consistently.

When homework is handled properly every day, new opportunities open up: better marks, less stress, improved self-esteem, and more motivation to keep trying. Parents also benefit by gaining back quality family time instead of spending evenings fighting through homework battles. we take into account the whole child — their energy after a long school day, their emotions, their confidence,

and their need to feel safe and understood — so that every afternoon feels calmer, kinder, and more supported, not just more productive. 


Please note: Blue Fox Tutoring is not a school and not a primary education provider. We offer an after-school support service that works alongside your child’s school, helping parents and learners with guidance, routine, and care.


Homework & Aftercare support Hours

Our Aftercare runs during school terms only. Public holidays are excluded.

Monday to Thursday: 13:30 – 17:00

Fridays: Closed (unless by special arrangement)

Holiday supervision can be arranged at an additional cost and is subject to availability.

Our main communication channel is WhatsApp. To enquire, please message us and include:

  • Learner’s name + grade

  • Parent/guardian preferred email address (so we can send the full information pack and documents)

Homework & Aftercare support Fees 

(Homework & Aftercare Support Only)

All fees are payable in advance. Enrolment is confirmed only once:

  • the agreement is signed, and

  • payment is received.

2026 Fees per child:

  • January 2026: N$ 1,000

  • February – November 2026: N$ 1,700 per month

  • December 2026 reservation fee: N$ 400 (secures a place for January 2027; non-refundable; attendance is only confirmed in writing)

Availability: Limited spaces remaining (first-come, first-served Basis)

 Our fees are structured on an annual basis: the total Aftercare cost for the year is calculated from February to November, and then divided into a fixed monthly amount to ensure consistent, predictable payments each month.

Our Safety & Behaviour Guidelines

Blue Fox Aftercare provides a safe, calm, and structured environment where learners are supervised after school and supported with daily routines such as settling in, completing homework, packing bags correctly, and receiving gentle guidance where needed. Our focus is on emotional wellbeing, routine, and responsible habits, while encouraging confidence and independence. Please note that Blue Fox Tutoring is not a school and not a primary education provider — we do not replace classroom teaching or issue formal instruction, but rather offer an after-school support service alongside the child’s school programme. For the wellbeing of all learners and staff, we kindly ask that children do not attend Aftercare if they are unwell or potentially contagious (such as fever, vomiting, or flu symptoms). Respectful behaviour is expected at all times, and Blue Fox Tutoring reserves the right to discontinue services if a child’s behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, or learning environment of others.
